Toshiba TV Retro Replay Shirt
We partnered with Toshiba TV on the Retro Replay Shirt, a World Cup-inspired campaign piece created to celebrate one of England’s most iconic football moments: Geoff Hurst’s 1966 final goal.
The project was developed as a limited-edition football jersey, blending nostalgic England kit references with a modern campaign identity. Our role covered creative direction, jersey design, production, and artwork development, creating a bespoke shirt that could work across PR, influencer gifting, paid social, and retailer campaign activity.
Design details included a retro-inspired colour palette, custom crest artwork, soundwave references to the famous “they think it’s all over” commentary, and subtle storytelling cues linked to the emotion of the 1966 World Cup final.
Although released through our brand Killa Villa, the project reflects the wider Zero Eight approach: culturally relevant design, sports storytelling, and end-to-end merchandise production for brands looking to create something memorable.
